The problem

Admissions calls the same enquiry five times and reaches it twice. Accounts chases the same term fee by SMS that nobody reads. Notices go out in a language half the families do not use at home.

Education runs on two conversations repeated thousands of times: are you still interested and have you paid yet. Both are polite, both are scripted, and both fail when nobody has time to make the call.

Fee reminders that are not rude. Tone matters more here than anywhere else — you are talking to a parent about money, about their child. The agent is brief, specific and can send the payment link mid-call. If the parent wants to discuss a plan, the call transfers to accounts rather than repeating the reminder.

Admission follow-up at the speed leads go cold. A webhook from your enquiry form triggers a call in minutes. The agent asks the four questions your counsellors always ask, answers what it can from the prospectus you uploaded, and books a slot in the counsellor’s calendar. Your team starts with a qualified conversation instead of a phone number.

Notifications in the family’s language. Automatic language detection means a parent who answers in Tamil gets the rest of the call in Tamil. That is the difference between a notice being delivered and a notice being received.

Every call on the record. Recording and transcript on each call — useful when a parent says nobody ever told them about the exam date.

Figures above are illustrative targets, not audited results. Replace them with your own.

Where it is used

Fee reminders

Polite multilingual calls with the student name, the amount and the due date, and a payment link sent while the parent is still on the line.

Admission lead follow-up

Qualify the enquiry — course, stream, eligibility, city — answer prospectus questions from your own documents, and book a counsellor slot on the call.

Class and exam notifications

Bulk voice notifications to parents about schedule changes, results availability and holidays, in the language each family actually uses.

Attendance and absence alerts

A same-morning call when a student is marked absent, with the parent's response recorded.

Re-engagement of dropped applications

Calls to applicants who started and never finished, with the specific blocker captured as structured data.

Questions we get asked about this

Which languages do the AI agents speak?

English plus ten Indian languages, with the language detected automatically during the call so the caller never has to choose from a menu.

What happens when the AI cannot answer?

It hands over. You define the triggers — a phrase, a repeated failure, an explicit request for a person — and the call transfers to a human with the transcript attached.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, if you want them to, and in several jurisdictions you must. We put the disclosure in the opening line of the flow; the wording is yours.

How long does it take to go live?

A working flow on a test number usually takes a day or two. A production launch with your integrations and a tuned script is typically two to six weeks, depending on how many systems the agent has to reach.

Where does our data live?

Each company gets its own isolated database schema. Documents are embedded on our own infrastructure rather than sent to a third-party embedding API, and deleting a company deletes its data.

Can the agent update our CRM during the call?

Yes. The agent calls your API as a tool mid-conversation and reads the real result back to the caller, so the change lands before the call ends.

Send us a call flow or a folder of documents. We will stand up a working AI voice agent on a test number and let you call it.
