Yes. Bring your own carrier and you pay only the platform fee. We still configure the trunk, the failover and the capacity rules with you.
A named person who can log in and take or make calls. Supervisors and admins who never handle calls do not consume an agent seat.
They are included on Premium and available as an add-on below it. Speech recognition, synthesis and model usage are billed per minute on top, at the rates in the table — AI minutes cost more than plain call minutes and we would rather you saw that clearly than discovered it on an invoice.
No. Unanswered outbound attempts are not billed for platform minutes. Your carrier may still apply its own setup charges.
Outbound calling stops and inbound continues, so you never lose a customer call because of a balance. We send a warning at a threshold you set.
