Salons & Wellness
Fill the chair, remind the client, book the next one.

The problem
Appointment gaps cost more than anything else in the business, and the person who could call to fill them is the person doing the treatment.
This is the simplest of the eight, and the one with the clearest payback, because the arithmetic is visible: a reminder call that saves one appointment a day pays for itself several times over.
Reminders that can act. A reminder that only reminds is half a feature. The agent can move the appointment on the call, which means a client who was going to quietly not turn up instead reschedules — and the original slot goes back into the book in time to sell it.
Gaps filled while they are still fillable. A cancellation at 10am is a sellable slot at 2pm if someone calls. The agent works down your waitlist and your due-for-a-visit list, offering that exact time.
Upsells offered every time, not when someone remembers. One short turn on the reminder call: the add-on that goes with the booked service, at the price from your menu. Clients who say no say no quickly, and the agent moves on.
Rebooking as part of the feedback call. “Same time in four weeks?” is a question your front desk asks when it is quiet. The agent asks it every time.
In their language, and brief. Detection means the call continues in whatever language the client answers in, and the flows are written short — nobody wants a three-minute call about a haircut.
Illustrative targets. Replace with your measured results.
Where it is used
Appointment reminders
A call the day before with a one-touch confirm or reschedule, which turns a silent no-show into a slot you can resell.
Gap filling
When a cancellation opens a slot, an outbound call to the waitlist or to clients due a visit, offering that specific time.
Service upselling
The relevant add-on for the booked service, offered on the reminder call and priced from your live menu.
Feedback and rebooking
A post-visit call that captures feedback and books the next appointment in the same conversation.
Package and membership renewals
Reminder calls before a package expires, with the balance of sessions read from your system.
Questions we get asked about this
Which languages do the AI agents speak?
English plus ten Indian languages, with the language detected automatically during the call so the caller never has to choose from a menu.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
It hands over. You define the triggers — a phrase, a repeated failure, an explicit request for a person — and the call transfers to a human with the transcript attached.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, if you want them to, and in several jurisdictions you must. We put the disclosure in the opening line of the flow; the wording is yours.
How long does it take to go live?
A working flow on a test number usually takes a day or two. A production launch with your integrations and a tuned script is typically two to six weeks, depending on how many systems the agent has to reach.
Where does our data live?
Each company gets its own isolated database schema. Documents are embedded on our own infrastructure rather than sent to a third-party embedding API, and deleting a company deletes its data.
Can the agent update our CRM during the call?
Yes. The agent calls your API as a tool mid-conversation and reads the real result back to the caller, so the change lands before the call ends.
Hear your own IVR in under a day
Send us a call flow or a folder of documents. We will stand up a working AI voice agent on a test number and let you call it.
